Teresa, I make one of their recipes each night for dinner and I've had the tomato, basil and chilli soup for lunch (but put way too much chilli in!). My favourites are:
- Steak pie (should have kidney but I keep it to steak only)
- Skinny chilli
- Mediterranean chicken
- Meatballs
- Skinny thai curry
Can't think of anymore at the mo. I've tried the risotto, which was nice but I made it too dry - I'll know better next time

Don't think we can get Quorn here Nikki, so I'm concentrating on tofu! That stuff is amazing - so full of good nutrients.
Jen - I may be wrong, but I thought kidney and other types of offal aren't great for reducing cholesterol, in fact they contain large amounts of cholesterol. Not that it necessarily affects you (you don't eat the stuff!) but I thought I'd mention it.
Humour me - I'm miffed because prawns are the same!

Don't know how i missed this either. Well done on getting both your levels down Di. Im on an ACE inhibitor for my blood pressure and was put on a statin as although my cholestral isnt too bad at 4.9 they like to put all diabetics with hypertension on one at my surgery. They had to take me off it as it made me feel really ill, i was getting horrific migraines and felt dizzy all the time. So avoid it if you can.
The main dietry advice given to me was to avoid high fat foods, all processed meats and only 3 eggs a week. Use minimal oil in cooking and then only olive or rape seed oils also to up my intake of good cholestral foods eg oily fish.
