Default Kay's new WW thread!

Hello everyone!

Well i finally bit the bullet after putting it off for about a year! lol

I have been going to WW for 4 weeks now and have lost 9lbs so far. 5th weigh in this evening so i hope to have lost another 1 or 2lbs this week too.

Tony is coming with me too and is doing pretty well, although his weight loss is slower than mine he has been working out a lot so will be gaining muscle.

I have even started being a helper (taking the money and putting the stickers on the cards) which is fab cos it makes sure that i attend every week without fail and i dont have to pay the £5.50 fee each week which is a godsend as most of you know we have a lot of money problems.

Anyway, i am going to try and keep this thread updated each week. And anyone else who is doing WW at the mo - feel free to IM me and maybe we can support each other.

K. xxx

Well done, Kay!!

I've been losing a steady 1lb a week doing CYT but losing inches as well (1.5 inches off my waist this week alone ). I'd like to lose more every week but 1lb is good enough for me

I'm another WW..... doing it totally at home though with all my old books & magazines!

There's no way I could even think about paying the £5.50 a week, so thankfully it's working, even if I've had a few bad days (weekends)

I'm on week 6 and I'm 9lbs down, not bad seeing as one week had been a gain!

H
(Not holding out much hope for this week as I've been a bit on the poorly side so eating hasn't been my favourite thing, so have just eaten what I fancied, which hasn't been a lot!)

I use the same amount of willpower doing it at home as I would going to classes! I get weighed once a week, I just don't get charged for standing on a set of scales!

Plus they don't go in for "Child friendly class times" round here, so even if I could afford it I wouldn't be able to go every week!

H

PS. Well done on the next 3lb off!! First stone is in sight!!

Well done all!

I need the class too - it seems to keep me on the straight and narrow. At £4.50 (I do SW) it is expensive but I like it!

I have had a really bad day (eating wise) today.

Had a monster hangover after mixing champagne and jack daniels last night! So i decided to make myself feel better and ate a big fat KFC for lunch!!!

And to make it worse i just ate half a large bag of peanut m&ms.

Deary deary me!!!! I am gonna be in trouble this tuesday i think!
