Hello all!

Well I lost a 1lb this week, which makes 5.5lb in total so averaging about a 1lb a week,

Not as much as i like, but it's going in the right direction! only another 45lb to go!!!

Well done!! I'm losing about 1lb a week too. I wish it was quicker but at least it's a step in the right direction each week
