Help me?
I seem to be stagnating. I was going great on this diet, but suddenly I have ground to a halt. For two weeks I lost nothing and this week I have lost a paltry half a pound.
I am eating enough but not stuffing myself, I am staying well within my syns...... can someone give me some advice on how to get kick started again?

I could use the same advice. I've lost a pound over 3 weeks - crap. I was losing but it was so slow and now it seems to be getting slower. I think I'm going to move over to WW to see if that works any better

A bit of a greedy binge usually kickstarts things back into action. It might mean a lb or so goes back on but it soon comes off once things get moving again.

it's not bad advice is it? I've always found it works and then one day the nurse at fat clinic told me why. It's to do with when we diet our body gets used to the reduced intake of food. It gets fooled into thinking the reduced amount is all we need and so after the initial weight loss it starts to store fat again. So a bit of a binge fools it into thinking we need more food again and kickstarts weght loss again Something like that anyway

Well I've had my pig out! At the residential they continually fed us. I had a 2 course lunch, 3 course dinner and a fry for breakfast. That's not including the tea breaks/scones in between.
Then again...I could have said no.....
