I did. And apparently I have lost 3.5lb, meaning that my scales and theirs are now at their original distance, not the huge gap that had developed. So now my total loss is 1st 8lb.

I am back on the straight and narrow now so that I can keep that freak loss off.

I've put on a couple of lbs from my pig out at my uni residential. Let's hope it comes off again next week...

Well....I had a Whopper and fries last night at 10pm. I'd had a big day and them we got stuck in roadworks and what should have been a 5 minute trip took HALF A SODDING HOUR. The chips were gone in a flash, along with our vow to never eat in the car.

Oh well. Just as well I'm not going to the docs this week. Felt SO guilty after doing it too. Back on the celery.
