Well, I've finally made a start!
First week on Slimming World, 3.5 lb off - not a bad start..... only another two and a half stone to go!

well done! How are you getting on with Slimming World? I lost nearly 3st on weight watchers and have since put most of it back on again as I stopped going as I didn't like the new Leader! A few of the girls I work with are doing well on slimming world but I don't know if I could cope with green and red days??

I have always done WW in the past and found that I was hungry, and put the weight back on in a food filled frenzy the second the diet was finished. I like this Slimming World business. You are never hungry and it's encouraging me to try new foods to keep myself interested. (having said that, I have just made a couscous cake and it's minging).
8.5lb in four weeks, by the way - and not hungry. So I like it!
