I had to go get weighed at fat clinic today. The lovely nurse is back after some time off - she's the one who knows I'm not greedy fat and so is totally supportive and sympathetic and I've really missed having her support. I've lost another lb so that's 9lb altogether!!!!! Still a long way to go but at least I'm going the right way
