Jumping on the bandwagon here... Started WW religiously on Sunday last week so this morning was my first weigh in and I lost.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ....................

6lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very happy and now motivated to continue It works and my PCOS symptoms lessen as a result

I went back this week after 2 weeks off and am still at my 10% goal, just need to get motivated to lose the rest now

Thanks guys. I stupidly weighed myself this morning just to see and I had gained a pound I'm still following it religiously so I'm gutted. I shouldn't have weighed myself yet - I just hope it right's itself for Sunday

Loss this week: 1lb

Total loss: 7lb

A bit disappointed but to be expected with losing so much the pevious week. I've been bad this weekend, despite saving tons of points and drinking WW wine so I will have to work hard this week...
