The induction is a workout! I'm scared! Why did I book for for 6pm (peak time) when everyone can watch me slowly keeling over?

Maybe I could change the time to a mid morning slot!

I did my induction last week and it was only about 2 mins on each machine, You'll be grand

Thanks, Jen. I did survive. It wasn't too bad and I've got part 2 of the induction on Sunday. At least I know what to expect now and the weighing is over and done with. I have put on about 2 stone since being pregnant. Shocking!

But I WILL shift it. I'm very determined.

Which machines do you use?
