If I managed to lose weight and not put it back on, I'd weigh about three stone by now.

Rejoined Slimming World tonight - have managed to pile back all but four pounds of the 1st 9lb I had lost! Ah well.

Ask Marie how she got on though - she is SERIOUSLY impressive!

yay good for you Nikki, I think the hardest thing is rejoining but at least youve managed to do that and im sure youll have that 1st 5lb back off before you know it

im well pissed off I jumped on my scales today and im still the frigging same as friday ! and ive walked 8 miles since saturday afternoon even got blisters to show for it

ill be so fed up if ive not lost by friday
