Thumbs up Results and a bonus!

Well I had my first weigh in this morning and I have lost 3.5lb's

Not bad, although I'm surprised I don't look like a lettuce leaf, as I've eaten that much salad

I also got to speak to the leader this morning (last week someone was covering) and I found out that as I'm a gold member of old, and have a baby under 6 months, I can attend FOR FREE Chuffed to bits, as I wa going to buy the monthly pass!

How did the other WW girls do?

Lo xxx

Well I actually started in December last year but i've been taking it really easy.

Started at 10st 8lbs

Weight at last weigh in (pre holiday) 9st 11.5lbs

Will find out my current weight on Saturday.

Total weight loss thus far: 10.5lbs

Do I look any skinnier? Do I bollocks!

Oh, just to add, you can buy actual weight watcher scales now in Boots for about £30.00.

They're always within half a pound of the actual class weight so a good indicator of how you're doing.

They're also facking evil as you can program in your height, sex etc.

They will then tell you your bmi, the percentage of your body which is water and your total body fat.

If you don't need comfort food after it's thrown that at you you're a true dieting legend!

Ooh, I don't like the sound of them scales Dawn, the only thing missing from them is a voice saying "get off lardy arse" (me, not you!!)

I've got some bog standard WW ones that were on offer when I did it at home after having James, think I'll stick with them

Well done on the weight los Dawn, and Claire, you'll probably get your silver 7 this week!
