Well done Me!
Just a wee post to congratulate myself!
Since last monday (1st September) I have lost
8lbs.
0.5inches
dropped a dress size!!
This has been achieved by walking to & from school everyday, drinking hot water & no snacking! Also I have been doing the Davina High Energy Five DVD!
Chuffed to bits me is!!

I am really enjoying it!!!! Davina gets on my nerves a bit but it is split into 5 sections, so you can do 1 or all 5 of them!
At the moment, I am concentrating on my legs & bum but in a couple of weeks, I will do that as well as the tum & then hopefully lead up to doing all 5 in one go!!
Got to try & get fitter as I am intending on running a 1/2 marathon in March!!!
