Fell off the rails...
Hi,
I've had a crappy couple of days - just felt really fed up for some reason. So I didn't go to the gym/pilates last night and I ate biscuits and some angel delight.

Me too, but I've fallen off and missed the next ww train too!
It was nice eating cakes and biscuits and chocolate and angel delight (yes, me too!) though

I have kept up the gym and swimming but had chocolate, popcorn and a subway over the weekend. I now have massive amounts of guilt and no weight loss to show for all my hard work in the gym.
