I got terrible peeling fingers when I made my tiara, but I don't have probems when knitting. But then you knit more than the rest of us put together, so that could be why!

:P awww Nicola I thought you were going to tell me I wasn't a freak

Listen I have to tell you a story, I got this set of needles for christmas in a folding zip up case. Has needles starting from really small up to size 7, they are all plastic. So I went to mum and dad's this weekend and of course took my knitting with me. Now I've been noticing that these needles that I have been using have a really weird smell, not a very nice one but its only at the tips. So at mum I said, mum smell the tips of these, they don't smell very good, mum jokingly said they prob smell like burning the way your knitting there, she took a wiff and said THEY ARE, the friction from knitting so much was causing them to have a burning smell. I noticed that this morning when I picked up my knitting there was no smell but after I got going there was. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, guess my knitting must be on FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahahha
