what this stuff is called (the paper stuff) I want to get some but dont know what im supposed to be looking for !

I thought it was mullberry paper but ive bought some of that and it doesnt look like this !

you are right claire it is mulberry paper but to get the fluffy edge you just need to go around the area that you want to be fluffy with a wet q-tip, then just pull it apart where it is wet and VOLA! its fluffy.
