Okay, they're not wonderful, but not too bad for a first-timer, ehh?
At least I've learnt some lessons ......
1. You need more wax than you think you do (hence why 2 of the candles are 2-tone )
2. You should wait longer before you put the second colour wax in, or the yellow merges with the blue to produce green!
3. A little dye goes a long way (I didn't mean it to be THAT blue!)
J they're brilliant well done! A friend of mine got into candle making and hers were those curly candles I call them where you sort of peel the wax away and curl it. One of the problems she had was the glaze and she did some really shiny ones because they had too much glaze. They looked good but not as good as the ones that had the right amount of glaze.

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.
