Any idea what the going rate is for someone to "finish" some knitting that has already been started??

My thought it would be a great idea to take up knitting again.... she's started making something and her arthritic fingers have made their appearance again (the reason she gave up knitting years ago....)

So she's possibly on the look out for someone to finish it... is there a world of knitters who do this sort of thing??

Any ideas??

I saw an advert for something similar on a kitting website the other day. Nobody had responded to it at the time, but I am sure that they have now, if I could remember where it was. What about a card in the local wool shop?

Depends really on what it is your finishing I guess.
If it was an easy pattern or hard etc etc
Heck if someone would pay me to finish there work i'd be in heaven lol

Can't there be a problem with it if the knitters knit at a different tension?

yeah there could be, again it just depends on what your doing really, if its a pattern that probably wouldn't show the tension much or the type of the wool.
