... stuff to try and make a tiara!

I couldnt find all the bits I actually wanted for mine but just thought I'd get what I could and have a play to see if i could actually do it or not. If it comes out ok it could always be a Bm tiara. If it is really crap I'll give it to my small bm for dressing up in

Are they hard to make? Its only costing me 20 quid and I bought loads and loads of stuff to go on it (wont use half of it but the idea is to use lots of different bits and to chop and change and see what goes, if it comes out ok I'll do another

)

Well I made it

I am quite pleased with it, not bad for a first attempt and it only took about 3-40 minutes to make. Plus I really enjoyed doing it which is the main thing. I just need to order a few more diamond bits to put on the actual headband because I ran out! Only need about 5 then its finished!

It wouldn't really be much good for me, I'd need something a bit heavier and it is quite delicate but it would be perfect for bridesmaids (If Sara likes it that is!). I am going to order the few bits to finish it off and then I'll take a pic and scan it in (my digital camera never seems to work

)

I ordered my bits from www.lainsworld.co.uk, and I was so impressed!! I placed my order about 4:15pm last Wednesday, and by 5pm I had been e-mailed back telling me my order had been shipped! The company are based in Scotland so I was expecting it to take about 2 days to get to me, but I got it at 8am the following morning

fantastic service, and cheap. My tiara cost about 8 quid to make (I ordered lots more than I needed).
