Hello

I'm trying to decide what to do for my invitations, wondered if you guys had any ideas on this?

I thought about putting pressed flowers on the front of the invites - I've pressed some forget-me-nots and lavender - but I'm not sure how to glue them to the card without making a mess! :confused:

Anyone got any bright ideas??!

Oh not sure about that - you could use prit stick thats quite mess less and easy to use ... might pull the pressed flowers apart though if they get stuck to the glue stick.

You could lay them on the card then cover the card in that sticky clear plastic stuff? Might be more trouble then gluing them on though.

Spray glue? You could put the flowers (right side down) onto a sheet of card or newspaper and spray them lightly with glue before pressing them onto the invite...

I've seen spray glue used for some pretty delicate things before, so its worth a try... You should be able to get it at Hobbycraft or any other craft shop.

Thanks guys, I'll give it a go - got plenty of time to play around.

Just printed my save-the-date cards - very exciting! All seems official now....
