Default Some things from our wedding!

Hi all, just thought I'd try and show you some of the stuff I made for our wedding. Haven't got all of it as some has gone visiting relatives, but I've been playing with the scanner!

First, I'll try our table plan. It was actually one page like this, then one which was a room map. They were mounted on silver card, then on a big black sheet of cardboard to put on the stand.

Here goes.....

Let's try the menu now.........we just had three per each table just randomly placed, not on stands or anything.

Hmmm, that didn't work so well.

Will try the placenames now. These were wrapped around each folded napkin. They were just printed on paper, then organza ribbon over the top. The ribbon was great - translucent in the middle with a silver border, matched perfectly. My lovely English cousin assembled all 56 of these including folding the napkins!

And the inside of our order of service. The outside doesn't scan very well as it is dark silver on light silver. It had the details on the front, and on the back a watermark picture of the venue and a Scottish blessing (both our families are Scottish descent).

They are lovely. Did your table plan have a blue marble effect on the paper or is it the way it scanned? I love marbled paper

It was actually a blue toned pre-wedding pic of us - very pale so it looked sort of marbly, and quite large, so it looked like textured paper close up but you could see the pic at a distance.
