You'll be fine Bee. I know how much you hate injections but they'll be pain free and easy.
Also you'll have your dress fitting to look forward to on the same day so you'll have that to focus on.

Well done Bee - I know it's a horrible thought but you CAN do it - I've had TWO sets of blood tests in the last month and not cried.
Good luck to you but know you'll be a brave girl and it'll be fine!

honestly B - the thought of it is worse than the thing itself. I had to go for a lot of tests a few months back and I was like a pin cushion after them! The best thing to do is just look away. I promise they will not be that bad!!

Hi Bee,
I was just thinking about you and the fact you're worried about your arms on the day with the dress fitting and all.
When I had my injections for Malaysia I found that my arms felt very heavy the day after the injections but on the day itself they will hardly bothered me. I'm sure you'll be the same.
You've done so well in booking it all - well done

Bee - tell the nurse that you're nervous and frightened of needles. They're usually really sympathetic. Since its just injections they should be happy for you to lie down (lie back and think of chocolate). I'm odd in that I don't mind injections but I hate having blood taken (I can now only get through it if I'm holding Dave's hand and have my face buried in his chest otherwise I faint)!! I have no idea how I'll get through all the bloods when we have kids

That's what I do - I find if I confess then it's not so bad.
The bloods I've had done so far have been fine because they've been done by proper phlobotomists at the hospital - they don't poke about like practice nurses!

Plebotomists are fab!!!! The last time I was in hospital they used to take my bloods when I was asleep and I wouldn't even wake up They're like very good vampires really
On the subject of injections I've got mine on the 21st and mercifully I only need two. And even better, they're both free!!!! Dave, on the other hand, is too lazy to fill out a form or two so is going to the BA clinic in Picadilly and paying through the nose!!!

Ahh good luck for the 21st. It is very expensive if you pay to have them done, h2b had to have 4 just before Xmas as he has to go to india for work (it got cancelled though so he had them all for no reason!) luckily his work payed for him to have them, cant remember exactly how much it was but i remember being shocked.
Well, if I am not here monday I am no longer alive or I have run away ... I go this Saturday and am already feeling sick over it!

Finally after 3 lots of alterations it's perfect!
Really really happy with it, and the dress is now at home hganging on the outside of a warobe It looks miles better than it did when I first tried it on, it looked awful then! Much happier with it all.
I also managed to find some satin knickers to match my basque saturday, and they have a space on then for me to stick on my diamontees so it sayd Mrs. All togther a good day (after the jabs!).
My lovely h2b is so nice, he took me out for dinner sat night (was a surprise) cos I was a good girl and didnt run away

Well, I'm back from my jabs and they went fine. I'm now having a lovely reaction to the typhoid jab (despite them saying that I shouldn't have a bad reaction). Am not best pleased.
