Default Not having honeymoon..

..Just wondering how easy and cheap it is to get a late deal Oct time? This is because through lack of availble funds we have nothing booked yet!

I think it should be pretty easy. Where do you fancy going? Are you taking Max with you? My ex has just booked to take the kids away and they got a week in a hotel in Zakynthos for £220 each and they were offered 2 weeks for the price of one. By the time October gets round that holiday will be even cheaper.

You should be able to pick up a super last minute deal Mazz.

Where are you hoping to go? One good place to register is www.tropicalplaces.com as they email you will silly (and tempting) offers. Also keep an eye on www.teletextholidays.co.uk as they also do good last minute (and not so last minute) breaks.

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

We left our honeymoon until 4 weeks before the wedding cause we wanted longhaul but didn't want to pay the prices.

I really want to go away for Xmas but as you can imagine the prices are through the roof so am hoping to book 3 days before!!!

I dunno where abouts you wanna go though hun???
I would take the risk that you'll get a bargain though - October is good as it's the end of the season in the med. I had a late deal with this lot to Samos last year...

We have to see what the money situations like first , hun. To be honest we might have to cancel the wedding at this rate-unless the bike goes!

Take care not to clash with the half term holidays as prices will be sky high. In most schools this is the week beginning Mon 25th Oct.
Anything before or after that or that overlaps slightly is bound to be loads cheaper.

We went away at the last minute for our honeymoon - and actually booked it all through Ryan Air - not that swish or posh but the fights were £4 one way and £20 the other, and we had a great time!
