Talking Holiday ...again

As you all know by now, and are probably sick of hearing i just got back from florida. Now, we have 12 days off at the end of august and have decided to go away again. (withdrawal symptoms from the sun)
We only want a cheap package somehwere like spain/greece etc.

Any one have any reccomendations for me? Went to Rhodes last year and loved it, so that type if thing would be good.

So ladies and gents, any ideas?

Many thanks in advance

Lou

Cyprus is good although very hot this time of year, plus most places will be teeming with children being the summer holidays.

If you're not too worried where you go, have a look at the usual sites like www.teletextholidays.co.uk www.lastminute.com and possibly even www.expedia.co.uk.

You jet-setter you!!

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

Have a look on the net and see if you can find any good deals. Otherwise you could have a look in travel agents windows for last minute deals.

We went to Spain in March which was a cheapo holiday, in total I think we only spent about £650.

We flew via Easyjet, stayed in Nerja, had a hire car so were able to travel around.

We also got a villa, but I know we got that cheap because it wasnt peak season. Have a look around though, & good luck with a good holiday....

I loved Gran Canaria when I went there but again, might not get anything cheap cos of school holidys.

Maybe of you went somewhere less touristy it would work out better value? Not sure really....

Hope you find something anyway!
