Default Cuba or Bermuda?

We are hoping to book our honeymoon shortly and cant decide between Cuba or Bermuda. Just wondered if anyone had visited either and could offer any advice. I think I am more keen on Cuba at the moment - probably because I know more about it.

Not been to either, so can I come with you? I'd be no trouble, honest ........

As you've asked so nicely, Jonathan - I think I will let you come. Not sure if Gary will be too happy about it though!

He can't come - sorry - he didn't ask me for permission, so I am making a point now

I've never been to either so can't help. Both look lovely though.

I thought you might say that, Karen. I think Gary will be of the same opinion! Sorry Jonathan looks like you wont be coming after all. :-(

I'd love to go to both!

What I know/think I know (!) about them is:
Cuba - Historic, run-down (in an interesting way) lots of all-inclusive resorts
Bermuda - More luxurious, pink sand (cool!) pretty scenery

So it depends what you are after........what a hard choice, I'd love either of them!

Let us know where you decide so we can all be jealous

for our honeymoon we were going to go to Cuba, then decided on Hawaii but i'd still love to go there. Most of the people that Nathan work with have been there, some go back every year and really recommend it. Especially to Havana, the place is beautiful. They say just sitting down with the locals and having a chat is well worth the trip. Totally up to you but my choice would be Cuba. If you do go make sure to bring little bottles of nail polish and that for the maids. They treat you like royalty and are soooo grateful for everything. They get paid something stunned like 5 dollars a week. CRAZY!
Anyway have fun deciding!!
