all right you 'orrible lot I've finally got the honeymoon pics and a report so sit back, relax, your in for a long read. Ok I don't really know were to start but I guess I'll go with my pics. We left for the airport around 5 in the morning, had just a short wait there and we were on our first plane of one hour to Boston. Plane was ok, and I wasn't sick, I actually slept most of the way. Then we landed in Boston and went to our next plane which was bound for Atlanta. So off we go in the air again for approx 3 hrs, again I slept most of the way there too. Off in Atlanta and back on our last plane to Hawaii, this one was 9 and a half hours

which I didn't know until we got on the plane. It wasn't too bad though because it was night and again I slept most of the way there. Finally we get into Hawaii, were we are supposed to be greeted with lei's and transported to our hotel. Well they kinda forgot about us and another couple ( they had actually just changed shifts so the new shift didn't realize that we weren't taken care of) but it was all good, we went to information and they called them and they came and got us, lei's and all. So off we go to the hotel, got settled in to our room(which wasn't all that big) so we called down to the front desk and they told us we could upgrade the next night for the rest of the stay which was much better and had a kitchenette in it. So we went for a walk about the city, we were just 2 streets back from the beach so we took a walk there and sat on the rocks for awhile while Nathan checked out the bus book that we bought, you can go anywhere on the island for 2 dollars so that was pretty much our mode of transportation. Now I don't really remember detail for detail what we did each day but we did go to Ianoni Palace for a tour. This was residence of Royal in Hawaii which is none exsistant anymore. We learned about the family and got to see the Palace and furnishings in the rooms. It was actually very interesting, I love history especially to do with Royalty and I bought a book in their gift shop about the Queen that lived there so I can't wait to start that.
On another day we rented a bike for the day and drove around the island (I had given this to nathan as a wedding present) He loves bikes and last year was the first summer he had gone without one so I knew he was jsut itching to get on one. He was in his prime all day but it certainly wasn't like biking at home. There were no back roads or 2 lane highways.... we were on frigging 10 lane highways, it was scary at first cause I was just picturing me falling off and getting run over by 5000 cars. I did survive though and we had a great day on the bike, we stopped at Ewa Beach which was one of the public beachs that no one was using that day so it was nice and quiet. The water was freezing though so we just basked in the sun and sand for awhile. Then back on the bike again. We drove by some awesome mountain ranges that I took pics of, the pics don't do justice though, it really was much better in person. It was kinda strange though you would have HUGE mountains on one side and then would you looked the other way you were driving by the beach and ocean...strange but kinda neat too. We of course had to stop at a fire station so Nathan could talk to the guys as he was a fire fighter, we got some pics of the trucks and the guy filled us in on their station and the calls they take.
So as I was saying to Dawnie we also got to swim with the dolphins, something I have always wanted to do. These mammals are soooooooooo awesome. The first thing we did with them was swim out in their pool(which they pump salt water from the ocean into so it was extremely cold) They then brought the dolphins over and we did a dolphin dorsal haul. We grabbed on to their dorsal finn and they dragged us across the pool. Of course the girl picked me to go first, I was scared that it was gonna take off without me, but I did manage to hang on the whole time. They had a photographer at the side of the pool taking everyones picture as we went. We had to hold on with one hand and then do the hang loose sign with the other , they call it a shacka over there. You'll see it in my pics. We then got to view them underwater and see just how big they were. We were then taken over to a smaller pool where we had our pics taken with them(Lalaka is the dolphin we got outr picture with she weights 500 pounds if you can believe it ) We learned more about their anatomy and got to do hand signals that make them do things and feed them fish. It was a great time.
Are you bored yet??
We went to the biggest mall in hawaii when we were there, I was sooo excited thinking I was gonna get to do all this shopping, but when we got there it was all high end stores, rolex, gucci, burberry, Louis Vutton, etc. I really wanted to get a burberry pink hat and bag but I held back and was good. There were however lots of mall right by the hotel and of course the International Market Place that Nathan absolutely hated!! heheheh It was stalls with jewellery and fake gucci, etc bags and people begging you to by their stuff. It got kind of annoying when you were just looking and they would come up to you and say "what you want, how much, you like this?"
On our last day we did the Cowboy round up, which was at the Kuloa Ranch where Jurassic Park, Tears of the Sun, george of the jungle, etc were filmed. What we did was ride horses out to the fields were the moo moo's were and we had to herd them to a different field. And it just so happened that the day we went they actually really did have to be moved to a different field were normally the guide would just get people to move them around the field. So were go up behind the cows with our horses and shout HUP!, it was sooo funny the cows knew that word meant move so they would all start to get up and start walking. We had to make sure they were alll moving at the same time and there were no stragglers. We also had to make sure they weren't running cause then they wouldn't realise were they were going and be all over the place. This was the best part of the trip for me. It was actually just nathan and I doing it with the guide that day so we really got to talk to him and learn alot of stuff. It was 2 hours altogether but I didn't want it to be over, I loved it. Then that night we went to Paradise Cove luau, we got to make head bands out of reeds and flowers, ankle and wrist bracelets. The rule in Hawaii is that if you are married or taken you wear everything on the left side and if you are single you wear on the right, if you wear them on both sides your taken but looking hehhe or had too many mahi mahi's hehehe
We also got to play some old hawaian games and won shell necklaces for winning. Then we were shown how they roast the pig in an underground oven for so many hours before we got to eat it heheh We had a big meal and dessert. They then had a last call for any women that wanted to learn how to hula. So I went up and convinced to ladies across from me to come up with me. Little did I know we had to get up on the stage infront of everyone

so we made total fools of ourselves up there and recieved a certificate for completing it. Then it was on to the actual show, they showed many different kinds of dancing, from polynesian, thaihesian, etc. It was really awesome and I enjoyed watching it all though I wanted to get up and learn it all.
When it was finally time to go home we again took 3 different flights the long one was only 7and a half hours though this time, then 3 and then 48 mins. I threw up on the 3 hour one coming down (surprise surprise) and then all the way from take off to landing on the 48 mins one

it was grand! I love throwing up!
Well thats all I've got for now, I hope you are all still awake. I'm sure there is more but I'll add it when I remember. I'm gonna add my pics to my yahoo so you can see them all and I don't have to size them. Enjoy!
