Default Need another holiday

.............to recover from the trip home to Dublin. I came home on Saturday hung over. I spent the whole time on the ferry wanting to throw up. The only reason we went on the ferry was so we would have the car as we were spending a few days away from my family in Wexford. I now regret this as ferries and hang overs dont mix.

However, my trip home was fantastic. I got to spend loads of time with my family and even got out with most of them for a drink ( hence the hangover)

I managed to pack everything except the bloody camera and then forgot the disposable we bought so my nanny is sending it it the post. Although Sean took most of them so there may be heads missing when i get them developed.

Was wonderful to see everyone but some of them said that im losing my Dublin accent. I was horrified. So according to my friend who i spoke to today said i sound more like the old me after the trip home. I would hate to lose my Dublin accent. It makes me who i am!!

Glad you enjoyed yourself

It's funny how we lose accents isn't it but then a few days back with people and we get them back. I pick up accents very quickly anyway and I only have to speak to someone in SA over the phone and I'm straight back into the accent. It's always funny to see peoples faces if they're in the same room because my voice just changes of its own accord and I'm sure they think I'm putting it on but I really aren't. I just fall back into it as soon as I get chatting to someone with the accent.

No i was home for the Rugby. Got back in after a 4 hr drive from Hoyhead at about 3pm. I watched the match at home and im pleased that the match went off without any incidents.

I dont know if there was as much background given in the Uk/NI about the history of Croke Park. But Sinn Fein were making a big deal about England playing there. I mean FFS Irelaad has moved on. We dont hate the British.

Default Honeymoon in spain

Which country did you go for your honeymoon? We spent honeymoon in spain which is a beautiful country with multi-faced cultures and historys. We went to several places such as ibiza, madrid, enjoying the fresh stunning beaches and gorgeous sight of the bay. In santander, we do sports such as diving, sailing and so on. Very interesting and meaningful.

Don't they just?

Actually the only part of spain I've ever been to was Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim museum...and that was a day trip from France.

I've been to Ibiza which I was dreading with the kids after seeing Ibiza uncovered. It was one of the lovliest places I've been to and none of the uncovered stuff was there on show. It was there but only if I'd have made a point of looking for it which I didn't

Ibiza town was beautiful I loved it. I remember talking to a very well to do lady in a restaurant and she said she was taking her son to Ibiza Town to look at the buildings and the architetcure. God knows what she thought of me when I said I was taking my kids to look at the transvestites and all the beautiful people that do the evening parade
