Default Disneyland Paris

Seeing as the honeymoon was a non starter, we are looking at going to Disenyland Paris next year, has anyone ever been and if so which hotel did you think was best?

Heather's off there practically as we speak! I'm sure she'll have plenty to say about it when they get back - if they leave their room!

True!!

I have hear varied views on the Cheyene hotel there, but one of the hotels is out of my price bracket, I think it is the one Heather and Matt are staying in, I have a few ideas on what hotel to stay in, but I would appreciate some opionions!

Thanks!!

I went with a friend a few years ago and we stayed in the Sequoia Lodge (I think that's what it's called anyway - it was one of the middle-priced ones)
From what I remember the hotel was really nice - two HUGE double beds in each room - very American in style (which is what you'd expect from Disney). Also, it was only a short walk round the lake from the Disney Village and the station so was convenient as well.

Would have liked to stay in the big pink Disneyland hotel but unfortunately we couldn't afford it.

The Disneyland hotel was just totally FANTASTIC, out of our price range really but it was our honeymoon!

Matt went 2 years ago and stayed at "Sequoia Lodge", he totally loved it..... if he didn't mention it once a day he mentioned it about 100! The pool apparently is totally amazing!
We were going to go to use the pool but just didn't get around to it!

Disneyland is just well worth a trip though.... and if you can save up a few extra pennies try & go on the Eurostar BUT go "Castle Class" if it's the Direct Train to Disney!! (More leg room, less people in the carriages AND you get a free pack lunch!)

If you want to know anything, just ask.... I think I could do a great PR job for the place......

H

PS The piccie is of Sequoia Lodge

Ok, Heather, just send a PR jobbie to Martin!!

I think he is taking quite a bit of persuading to go. Dad has offered to take me and Martin in holiday next year, as a second honeymoon. Well, to replace the one that never was anyway!

Just make sure you get this post up on screen when he's around........

It's such a fab place, Matt loved every minute of it as much as me, if not more than me!
