I saw one post about changing one's nickname ("Junior Member" sounds so, well, suggestive!), but can't find the "Custom User Text" part on my profile. Any help?

Also, how does one post an event to the calendar? My wedding is one week from today, and I'd love to see it when I checked in!

Okay, I figured out the answer to my second question... So it's just the "Custom User Text" thing that I still don't understand. Your help is appreciated.

Jessie - go to Profile and then "edit profile", if you scroll down you'll see Custom User Text and a space to type something in. If you can't figure it out, let me know what you want it to say and I'll change it for you.

I'm still feeling silly... I'm looking at the "Edit Profile" section (in another window) and there's nothing that says "Custom User Text." There's a place for me to put my "signature," to appear at the bottom of my posts (which I've done)...

There are other places to type in text, but they don't seem like they'd change my "nickname" (things like AOL/Yahoo Messenger Handles, Biography, Interests etc). I wonder if I have something turned off that should be turned on (or vice versa!), which would help? :hmm:

Boy, just when you get a bit secure on the computer, you realize it's a very false sense of security!!! :confused:

As for what I'd like my nickname to be, how about Jazzy Bride ??
