I cant seem to log out these days. it used to be, i clicked on log out and a screen came up saying "an error occured while attempting to log out, click here to try again" well i would click again, and it would say "all cookies cleared, you are logged out" however at the top right hand corner of the screen it would still say "welcome Megan..you last visited.... PMs etc" but then i would click on "return to the page you were previously viewing and it would take me to the homepage and it would have the login bit so i would be logged out. but now the process is the same, but when i click to return to the homepage, i am not logged out..
anyone help?
I have this. It involved deleting cookies which is annoying so now I delete just the relevent cookie

What browser are you using Megan? If it's Internet Explorer, go into Tools then Internet Options then there should be an option on the general tab to delete browser history, cookies etc (I have IE 7 on this pc), Choose delete then it'll give you a list of options for things you can delete. Should be self explanatory after that.
well i tried that and it worked. so when i closed the browser and opened it back up again and went to the groovy homepage... it showed the Login box but i didnt log in at the time, but when i scrolled to the bottom of the screen where it says whos online, my name was there!!! how weird!!

If you went back on again fairly quickly that's why. You show as still online for a while after you actually log off or close the page.
