If you log in, and then find yourself logged out for no reason almost straight away, this is usually due to a corrupt/expired cookie on your computer, not a problem with MGW. This is easy to fix, though, so do not panic!!
Just follow these instructions (providing you're a Windows user! If you're not, please email us and we'll try and help).
1 Go into Explorer (right click the START button, and click 'explore').
2 Go to c:\windows\cookies\
3 Look for any cooke file there with the name 'mygroovywedding' in its name. It could be in the format of *@mygroovywedding(1) or something similar
4 Delete any you find (there may be more than 1!) -- this is safe to do.
5 Close your internet browser, reopen it, and try logging back in.
You should now not have any problems. If you DO, follow steps 1 to 4, but then restart your computer before trying to log back in.
