The picture under your name thing is easy enough - all you have to do is find a piccie you like and make sure it is no bigger than 80 x 80 pixels. Save it in a file on your PC.

When you're happy, go to your profile and click on 'edit profile' - you should then find 'change avatar' (or 'custom avatar??)

|Click on 'browse ' and select the pic you saved - then click on 'update profile'

You SHOULD then get a piccie!!!

Not sure about referrals - ask J or one of the others, they're clever!
