I produce Personalised Wedding Stationery and Favours, can I reply to questions relating to those things and say that I do them and give my e-mail address out??? Don't want to step on any toes!!!! Thanks Belinda www.bjinvitations.co.uk :confused:

I'm sure one of the mods will reply to this but personally speaking (IMHO) so long as people are uprfront and subtle (if the two aren't mutually exclusive) then I'm happy with that approach.

What we don't like, and most people don't like, are fake recommendations - we're not stupid!

some people may disagree...

I totally agree with you Roz.

We all need help from time to time and its nice to discover new suppliers, but it just bugs us when peple pretend to recommend someone when they actually are that person! We'd be much happier if you just said 'Hi, I am ... and this is my web site hope it helps' etc etc rather than try to mislead us.

Hi there,

As long as you get invovled with the site generally, I don't think we mind it too much. The one thing thats a no-no is a straight ad-type thread which will ge tthe chop straight away!!!!

Hi

Thank-you all so much I will always say who I am, and only respond with my web site details if I think someone may find what they are looking for.

At the moment I am about to show my goods at a Wedding Fayre for the first time!! This is on Oct 6th so I am busy preparing for it!! Mind you I'm not sure what to take with me!!

If any one reads this today would you mind telling me if I could put a post in a more relevant place asking for advice on what Brides to be would like to see at a Fayre???

Thanks for all the comments I don't want to annoy anyone but when I have been looking for things in the past it has been a great help when someone has a good web site to visit. I hope I can be of help to many people I keep my prices lower than most.
