Talking Can't believe it's our 1st Wedding Anniversary next week!

A week today we will have been married for a year, I just can't believe it! Nick isn't sentimental really or into cards at all, however I am. He will more than likely forget to even get me a card, but I would like to do something little for him - anyone got any suggestions? We will be spending the day in Coventry at my neice's communion, and the following weekend we are going to a wedding and having two nights in a hotel as a treat for our anniversary. It's only the travelodge but it will be a nice break.
The last couple of weeks I have been feeling really happy, so I am quite excited about our Anniversary.

I think that I would like to get him a token present. I am in work all week so it will be a bit difficult to get out shopping. First anniversary is paper isn't? But I still don't know what to get...

Yes I had a nice time thanks. I booked for him to go to the velodrome to do some cycling, not very romantic but he is a triathlon fanatic and thought the pressie was a great idea. Because the first anniversary is paper I made a paper voucher for the velodrome and put it in his card. He didn't get me a present, but he did manage a card which is good for him!
