Default Divorce is getting there
David has had his petition served, signed and sent it back now i have to do the Direction for Trial and affadavit and then get a Solictor to witness it.. Am contacting a Sol this morning and then will get that done in the next couple of days and then hopefully we will have the Decree Nisi in a couple of weeks.. so first week or two or jan i should have my abs thorugh and be free by my 30th in February...

So a bit of a extra Celebration at Lauz's Hen!

Right well all forms are now completed and i shall be phoning a sols tomorrow to get it witnessed and then off to the courts it goes!!

Recorded me thinks...! would be just my luck it would get lost!
