Default I think I'm getting there
I think I am now starting to get over Matt.

It has been real tuff being away from here in aus but I think it was definatly what I needed.

I still get pangs of pain for him and I am scared of what it will be like to see him on Friday.

But now as he has moved on and got a new girlfriend I know there is no way that he is going to want to give it another go with me. So I need to start to lead my own life.

Easier said than done I know!!!!

I think you are doing really well Karen, but feel, as K said, how you like - nobody says you have to be over it just cos he is moving on. You can still grieve - but you are doing so well and being so strong. take it a step at a time.
