Exclamation BIG dress stress

I know it sounds dramatic, I get wed in less than three weeks as you can prob guess by the way I'm stressing about everything!!! I have my dress at home hanging from a large hook top of the wall, I have an extremly long train and veil. It's in the small room, so not much space just clear loads of stuff away for the dress, I've put a single duvet cover over the top as advised by the shop, I have hung the veil up too but the train of the veil and dress is all over the floor. I just took as sneeky peeky at my dress and it has all little crinkles in the chiffon skirt, what can I do to banish these, bearing in mind it's length. I was thinking of opening the door and the bathroom door putting shower on full blast the day before.

Sorry for babelling but h2b is sick of hearing it.

All my love

M

Hi

I have the same problem, I get married a few days after you and my dress is huge and has a very long train also. I have it handing on the outside of a wardrobe, and this weekend I am goping to drape the train over the back of a chair or something in the hope that the creases will drop out.

how about using a second (and perhaps a third) hanger that have those grips at the end of them - you know the ones you get in shops for gripping skirts and slacks?? You can then hold up the end of the train and the vail from the ground and will then be hanging when you are using the steam to get the wrinkles out.
does this make sence I wonder???

I hung my dress, on a hanger, from a curtain pole, and draped the long train over the back of a dining room chair (pulled out to full length). I did this about 3 days before the wedding so it had time to drop the bigger creases out (which worked too )
