Dress fitting - Wedding Forum

I had my first dress fitting last Saturday, which went really really well. The only thing that needs altering is the length of my dress, everything else fitted perfectly and i was so chuffed.

I was a little anxious before i got there because i was worrying that i wouldn't like my dress anymore or that it would be the wrong colour ect but i didn't have to worry because as soon as i put it back on i fell in love with it all over again.

Here are some piccies for anyone who is interested.

Sorry that the picture quality isn't very good but the disposable camera that i used was quite old and battered!!! Oh and hopefully i will look a lot nicer on the day...i wasn't having a very good face or hair day on Saturday!!!

My mum wasn't able to come with me so i wasn't able to have any feedback so please let me know what you think....but be kind!!!!

It's a really beautiful dress and that veil compliments it really well. Did they give you those flowers to hold? They're very nice aren't they.

Can you go back before the wedding to try it on again so your mum can see? It's always good to get mums approval especially if you went on your own to the fitting.

What else are you having? Any BM's?. Where have you chosen as a location?

My next fitting is in August and i am really hoping that my mum will be able to come with me to see my dress in the 'flesh' with me and to give some added support.

I did have some doubts last ngiht when i was able to look at my piccies more closely but i have been reassured that it was probably just nerves setting in.
