Default Invitations

I have an idea on what I would like for my wedding invitations, however it involves a painting by Jack Vettriano (Dance me to the End of Love) and I'm not for sue how to legally make or go about getting some cards with this picture on it. If anybody has any ideas, I would be greatful. I haven't been able to find anything online. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

That is the piccie......... I love Jack Vetrianno's work, got 2 prints in my living room, got loads of post cards cos Matt won't let me have any more pictures of his up!

No idea about the legalities of using them for an ivitation, you'll probably have to have a look around!
I know there's a company who's using it for some of their wedding stationary, Guest books, photo albums etc.. They're called "Pepper Pot"

The license for his work is held by "The Portland Group" if that's any help for you!

Good Luck!

I'm absolutely convinced I've seen this piccie as an invite from one of the companies I got samples from, but can't at the moment remember which company did it!!!

It's definitely out there somewhere, I'll rack my brains and see if I can find it.....

I LURVE Jack Vettriano...we have a print of his above our fireplace...the one of the couple dancing and she has a red dress and servants are holding umberallas over them..I adore it. what a wonderful idea for wedding invitations. I would say if you could get a card with it on and scan it...and then print them yourself no one would ever find out..you could personalise them then as well and print out on photo paper or really nice card.
