10 days to go to the big day and wondered if you smuggies could give me some tips what was the best thing about their day, what they would do again and what would they have changed, if anything?

Best thing about the day : everyone seemed happy, no arguments or pettiness
What would we do again : the whole thing
What would we change : Keep all the bl**dy kids off the dance floor during our first dance!
Overall tip : don't get too pi**ed or you may forget stuff, try not to get stressed (easily said than done), don't get into arguments if anyone wants to get petty let it go over your head and deal with it after the honeymoon
Well.......firstly take about 20 mins out with your new hubby and go for a walk on your own if you can as they day flies by and you don't see each other much as you are pulled left, right and centre.
Also RELAX and really enjoy the day-I just kept thinking, all this time it has taken us to get today what it is, be proud and enjoy every god damn second!
Oh yeah-don't do anything you don't want to do-people ie photographer perhaps will say do this do that but say NO if you don't want too-its your day don't forget it!!
I would have changed NOTHING!
The best bit is the reason (ie the wedding!) but also the fact all these people love you and want to be there for you
It really is fantastic!
Lucky you and best of luck!

Best piece of advice - get some vaseline (those little blue tins you can get in Boots) and put it on your teeth. You won't know it's there, but it makes smiling for hours a lot less painful!!
I wouldn't change anything about the day at all......
Well I would have been more forceful in not letting anyone get the key to our room!!!! *BIG MISTAKE*
Plus I would have worked harder to go to bed earlier... I was totally shattered!!!
Definately make time to have some moments alone with your hubby, even if it's a few minutes whilst one of you is getting changed (I really appreciated 10 minutes away from everyone else just talking to Matt as he got changed out of his uniform)

Store food. I had a fabulous day and wouldn't change a thing, but after breakfast, I didn't eat a thing all day and by 2am, when we went to bed, we were starving! If we'd had any sense, we'd have plated up some buffet and put it in our room for later!

"I'm scared already.
I want my bed
I want my teddy"
My only advice would be to have a really good look round at things. I really wish i'd taken more time to look at all the beautiful flowers in our church before I walked down the aisle.
Lots of deep breaths help too.

I wish I'd looked at myself in my dress a bit more. Might sound vain, but you don't really get a chance to look at yourself and have to rely on piccies to see how amazing you looked! You only get to wear this fantastic dress once in your life and you should make the most of it!!
Other than that, just try to enjoy it and not sweat the small stuff. And take a few moments to drink it all in as the others have said. It goes so fast that some of it can be a blur!
Have a fab day hun!!
