I said I would be back and now I am! For those who don't remember me (wasn't that long ago...) I was due to get married in April but we cancelled it for many reasons that I won't go into...
Although we decided to cancel, we both said we would marry in the future but not yet so I told you all that I would come back when the planning starts again....and here I am!!
We have decided to get married but with very different plans. We are starting from scratch so I am just starting to look up venues etc. This time it will be different as in less expensive, only immediate family and very close friends as guests and, most of all, we will be making ourselves happy and not everyone else. And so it begins again...I hope you will all welcome me back. Sorry if I've missed some weddings (I think I missed Jen's?) but I'm sure you will all fill me in.
Well I will keep you all updated whenever I actually finalise something...
Jen xxx

I'm so thrilled to see you back!! It's great that you both managed to sit down and sort out things - you both deserve a lot of credit for that, rather than just going ahead and it not meaning anything to you except a lot of stress and stuff that you didn't want.
It's brilliant that you are doing things on your terms- after all, it's just about you two and your committment to each other, not what any rellies want or the "done thing".
This time is much more exciting! Welcome back again - you know that us groovers and oldieweds are here to listen and advise regardless of the situation.
I hope you're feeling a lot happier too.
