at last we think we have found the right place

Chimney house hotel in Cheshire

we're going to go for a meal befor we book just to make sure but i thought i would ask if anyone has heard anything good or bad about it just in case

fingers crossed i could have my venue book by the weekend

Not heard of it, I'm originally from Cheshire so do you have a weblink? It may spark a memory.

Good idea on the meal first, make sure they know full well they are being checked out for a wedding venue so they should give you loads of free stuff!!!!

Sorry, don't know that one. However, Regal Hotels are generally good. We stayed at Hoole Hall Hotel in Chester at New Years which was good (they never charged the £200 to my credit card!!!!

).

However, it looks very pretty from the weblink.
