I'm back, but no wedding Rings!! :( - Wedding Forum

Morning All,

Well I have returned safe and sound sort off, got a touch of food poisoning I do think yesterday, and still suffering it a bit this morning!

Was a good weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the wedding rings, as we didn't really see anything that took our fancy!!!

However, we have decided that instead of using table numbers for the tables we are going to have our favourite Chelsea Players!!!!!!!

He he!

Glad to hear that you had a good time!

Sorry to hear about the rings... you will find some though, and like the dress you will just know that they are the ones that you want!

I like the idea of having players names instead of table numbers... we are having the names of summer flowers!
I think it makes people feel more important i.e the fact that they are not sitting on table number one instead of number fifteen!

It was Ian's idea, which I was quite impressed with!!!

Yep I agree with people more happier with place names, rather than just numbers!!

Welcome back. Glad you had a great weekend away. Sorry about the rings, but I'm sure you will find something you like - you've plenty of time to get them sorted!

Great idea about the table names... I agree, much nicer for people than them thinking they are being graded by numbers! Our tables are being named after places we have travelled to together.

I read in a magazine that it saves people being upset that they are on the last table... i am off on my mission to persude H2B to bring our wedding forward as can't wait now too excited....

We're just having the arguments now, on what the top table should be called!!

I think it should be the manager as he's always boss, but Ian wants his favourite Chelsea Player, as he's sitting at that table!

So it's either going to be the Vialli Table or the Wise Table!

What do you all think??

Good idea on the Chelsea players. I used to like Peter Bonetti when I was a little 'un (pretty sure he was Chelsea).

Our last idea for the tables was to name them after Harry Potter characters. Hmmmm, who to put on Snape and Voldemort .....
