I have to say that the stationery is fine but...

when I ordered the samples I ordered the purple ribbon. I recieved the sample, really liked it and so we ordered it. What I received was not the same colour as the sample, so all I can presume is that I was sent the lighter purple/lilac sample by mistake. Obviously now I have ended up with REALLY dark purple (almost black - much darker than the purple shown in the example picture on the site) and although I don't need everything to match perfectly, it's just way off the mark.

I received two emails from two different people almost immediately - one asking me to phone her (sorry, I'm in Australia, no can do) and another asking her to email me back my address so they can check my order. Haven't heard back from them yet so fingers crossed.

At the end of the day all I want to do is send these ribbons back and get a lighter colour (to be honest any colour as long as it isn't this one ) sent back to me asap. Let's see what they say.
