Default Went to another wedding fayre..

hello, we popped into a weddng fayre today at the Belfry in Sutton, it was loads bigger than the one we went to last week. We got to try some fruit cake and chatted to a few videographers, still haven't seen anyone we like the look of though..

We are going to the fayre at our venue next week which we are really looking forward to..and then I think we'll leave it until the national fayre at the NEC in feb..can't wait for that hurrah!

Anyone been to any good ones?

We're going to one next week where Andrew - my son - works. They started doing weddings last year and I keep saying to him let me know when they have a wedding fayre. Anyway he always lets me know after but last week we took him to work and there was a great banner on the way in saying Wedding Fayre 25th January. I asked him why he hadn't told me and he said he didn't see it!!!! Mind Brian's no better he takes him to and from work 3 days a week and he never mentioned it either lol.

I've been to a few good ones but I think the worst I've ever been to was in a department store in York. All the stands were dotted all over the store with no organisation at all. It was so obviously just to get people into their shop to spend money and wasn't about a wedding fayre at all.

Hope the one at your venues a good one.

I've only been to one wedding fair so far which was OK. It was at a very posh hotel though and everything seemed to be top of the range and very expensive. It was good to get ideas but I just couldn't afford anything.

I'm going to another one at the Bournemouth International Centre on 6th Feb so that should be quite good I hope.

Rooley - the one at the NEC last year was fantastic. You'll probably get some brilliant discounts too!
