Default Bibles for Bridesmaids ordered

I dont know if you remember I was looking for personalised bibles to give to my bridesmaids...

(Dont worry, I am not going to be cruel - I wanted to give them a traditional keepsake, and also some jewellery)

Anyway, today, I have ordered and paid for 3 Holy Bibles which will say 'Thank you for being my bridesmaid' and have the BM's name, mine and Jonathans name and also our wedding date.

I'm pleased that they are on the way!!!

Here's a small piccie....

I'm really foaming with our postman!

We've been in the house all day, and the bibles turned up on our doorstep. We only noticed them when we came to set foot out of the door!

The postman hadn't even knocked on the door! Thats terrible with £60 worth of stuff just sitting there waiting to be pinched

Typical royal mail - the same thing happens to us all of the time! They look lovely - a really nice keepsake for the bridesmaids.

I just got home from a weekend away and found a parcel in the garden, sopping wet. That was a Link courier though, Royal Mail put a card through the door for the parcel they couldn't fit through (looking forward to collecting that as I can't think what it is).

Lovely bibles. Our postie does that all the time. He just leaves parcels by the front door and never rings the bell.
