Just wondering what to do..I have recruited a new Bridesmaid and she will be just two on the day. I have already bought a BM dress for the 11 year old I am having from Debenhams, but shall I buy her the same on (at the same price as the big one £60) or go to a fancy dress shop and buy her a little fairy outfit??? Any suggestions...
I don't know either. We are not having any little bridesmaids but do have a page boy and will be hiring a suit for him to match the other men.
If you can afford one to match the other bridesmaid, I think it would look nice. They did have some nice ickle dresses in BHS a few weeks ago so you might find something in there.

Aww I like the idea of a fairy outfit...although you can get GREAT bargains on ebay too. I bought Annabel a BM dress from there for dressing up in, it has fur round the cuffs and is long, she looks like a princess and it was only six pounds!
The BM dresses we had for our wedding (silver pixie ones) were made by them and arrived at our house about a week after I ordered them. They were around £100 for 2 dresses, but the little ones loved them, and wore them to fancy dress parties etc.
Wedding fairies are so cute! My sister's boyfriend's cousin (if you can work that out) got married a couple of years ago and both she and her partner had a 5 year old child from previous relationships (one boy, one girl). They went down the aisle holding hands in a gold dress and gold shirt/trousers with fairy wings and wands. The photos look gorgeous.
But dinky bridesmaids look gorgeous in anything!!

Ended up buying the same dress as the older BM. Its Pierce Ffionda at Debenhams,Aged 2 and sooo tiny! Going to get ittle Ivory Ballet shoes for them to wear and sew some ribbons on them to tie them on!
Nope. I even asked Debs if they have a brochure with it in but they dont!! It has gold and pearls on the waistband and at the bottom of the BIG bows at the back!! (might be worth a look because you have gold in your colour scheme dont you...Incidenly, Monssoon have Loads of pink Big and Small BM dresses , Karen check them out beautiful!!!!!
Replying to this too late as usual! I was in Asda the other day and they had the most gorgeous little dresses for I think it was £17. They also had little cardigans and shoes to go with them.
My youngest Erinn( left pic, lol) is going to b my bridal fairy. I bought the pattern from local shop and got material from an Indian Sari shop in Luton!!! Was on me hols visitin a m8,lol.
My h2b's nan is a seamstress and had it rattled up within the week, just to sew it all up. But,when erinn tried it on and came thro,i burst in2 tears, its a McColls pattern, and theres wings attatched, but cant find a pic. Maybe one of u can have a wee look, cheerz.
