Unhappy Soppy bugger
HELP!

I'm such a soppy bugger that I'll cry at anything and was wondering if any of you lovely ladies (and gents!) have any tips on stopping the waterworks. I'm worried that I'll be creating a new river on my wedding day and end up drowning everyone!

Do Kalms help or any kind of breathing exercise???

Hmmm... I'd be interested in this too - I get very emotional, and know that I will cry when my Dad sees me and when Mark see me. But I'm SOOOOO looking forward to it!

I'm not ashamed to being a tad emotional at certain times, but I know of nothing to stop it. Maybe deep breathing????

My first memory of crying at something was after an episode of "CHiPS"
