Exclamation magazines beware

I am weak but had to warn you all so you can all be strong and resist the lure Two new editions of wedding magazines are on the shelves inyour local newsagents , as already said i was weak and had already exchanged money and left the shop when i came out of my daze and realized i had again succomed to this addiction which is common to lots of us b2b so be strong and resist the urge to spend your hard earned money on magazines which in truth show us thw same pictures and same planning information when they come out

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

I bought one yesterday and the girl serving me took one look at my ring and said "that must have cost a bloody fortune, no wonder you can afford to buy overpriced magazines"!
So I just told her I was sorry she was a jealous shrivelled up old witch who had nothing better to do with her time than try to make others feel bad and marched out the shop! The cheek of it!

I have bought a total of 13 - and they were all sold today for $10 AUS (about £4!) Oh well, they would have ended up in the bin otherwise. But the irony is that as soon as I go home I'll be buying them again to see if I can find any hairstyles I like - I'm getting desperate now.

Got Bliss for Brides on Friday (in celebration of my cat being ok, you understand..) I resisted Irish Bride, as I will resist most Irish/Northern Irish mags/US mags because they are pretty crap.

Brides I will get this week as it's one of the better ones (i.e. you can read it as opposed to just looking as millions of pics).

Bev - I appreciate what you say about Aussie wedding mags - they are the best by far. I have the Melbourne Wedding Magazine, and it's about 3 inches thick!!!

Addicted? Moi??
