I bought my shoes today!!! - Wedding Forum

Hi all!

My mum and I went shopping today, just to get an idea of bridesmaid dresses and colours before we go shopping with my bridesmaids - and I ended up finding my wedding shoes!!

They were in the last shop I thought I'd ever find my shoes - Schuh!

Ok so this picture doesn't give them justice - but I love them. They are white and the diamante's shine so much under lights. I can't wait to try them on with my dress!

Wow, they're gorgeous! I've had a problem finding shoes... loads about but none I really like....! May have to pop into Schuh tommorow and have a look!

I had exactly the same problem!

As I am quite small and my H2B is tall, I needed some with quite a high heel on, and all the *wedding* shoes I saw in the bridal shops that I liked were smaller heels, and all the high heels they had were quite old fashioned!

Also another problem I had, was finding a white pair (dress is white) all I could find was ivory. I thought I was going to have to resort to Silver diamante style, but then I saw these!!

they are beautiful! i found mine on friday! at the bridal shop, first ones i tried were lovely but sooo high i was wobbling! imagine being on those all day! so i went for some just a nice ones but with a lower heel. if youre like me and not used to high heels it was an accident waiting to happen!!

Seriously gorgeous and sparkley! How high is the heel? Mine are high strappies too, I need to practice lots, are you used to that hight?

Fee - yeah I wear heels that high all the time! Anyway I'm 5ft 2in and my fiance is 6ft 1"!!! so I thought it's best I pick the highest heels I could find!! LOL

I have the same height problem as you almost, I'm 5'4 and he's 6'2. My heels are as high as I dared, 85mm, I can wear that height not too bad but I really need to practice to be sure. Even then though I'll still look short next to him - oh well!
