Sorry for Absence - Back with 7 weeks to go! - Wedding Forum

Hi, I just wanted to apologise for being absent for the past month or so. Feel quite guilty about it for some strange reason - I think its the addictive factor involved!!!. Although I've been popping in to check whats going on now and again.

I was getting a bit stressed for a wee while so decided to back off from wedding, especially since we have been organising buying a house in Germany and moving there for just after we get married (one week after honeymoon). Anyway contract was signed last week for the house, all is finalised and there is just over 7 weeks to go to wedding - all is well now (I'm calm - honest!) so I figured its safe to return???

Glad to see your back and got everything settled for the house, bet thats a wait off huh! Ahhhhhhhhh I can't believe your getting married in 7 weeks, it seemed such a long time away in january and now look at you.!!!!!!!
I can't to hear all that you've decided!

Its nice to be back!

House is in Bremen (north west - famous for 'Musicians of Bremen' fairytale!) We both work for company there, but after 3 months they sent us here to Toulouse in France for 18 months. So looking forward to getting back, its a lovely small city (unlike smelly here), and settling down for hopefully a few good years as a new wife!

Karen Michelle - you've got even less time to go than me! Hows it going? I feel strangely calm now cause really everything is done? Are you the same? Part of me is almost starting to get dissapointed that its so soon and then will be over, is that normal?

I'm going back home to Scotland next wednesday for last things, another fitting, hair and make up trial, and to run through details with hotel (Karen M, did you sort out stuff with your venue ok?) etc. Plus my hen night is next Saturday!!!
